The Alexa Rose Foundation furthers the creative work of individual artists through grants and fellowships, strengthening the cultural environment of the Boise Valley and benefiting the community at large. Bubb helped set up the foundation, was a former board trustee, and directed it from 2013-2021.

Once a year over 60 artists open their studios to the public. Bubb is a participating artist.
